Strategy Lead

We're hiring a Strategy Lead to own client engagements, drive content creation, and bring work to life.

What you'll do

  • Lead the day-to-day development and creation of all strategic deliverables for assigned clients
  • Facilitate stakeholder and consumer interviews
  • Conduct brand, business, & communications audits to identify trends and opportunities
  • Conceptualize and field original quantitative research, process findings, and draw insights
  • Synthesize findings and develop strategic insights & recommendations
  • Develop brand strategy, positioning, and communications principles
  • Collaborate with design, copy, and product teams to ensure precise execution of the brand strategy
  • Stay up to date on culture, art, branding, product, & digital trends

What we look for

  • At least 3 years experience in branding, digital, or consulting with demonstrated understanding of positioning, messaging, and overall brand strategy
  • Can perform primary research and/or manage a research partner across a range of methodologies—quantitative and qualitative, online and offline
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information in spoken, written or visual form to a variety of audiences, from the internal team to client executives
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, while being self-directed
  • Tuned in to new and emerging trends in culture and technology
  • Brings energy and stamina to the team over the course of long term projects
